99 bt Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules for Using the Platform

To register on 99 bt, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. We reserve the right to immediately terminate any account where false or misleading information has been provided during registration. Each individual may only hold one account — multiple accounts per person are prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited. You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential, and sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, please notify our support team immediately.

As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, 99 bt may request that you submit your ID or other supporting documents at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended. To help keep your account secure, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Transferring, selling, or allowing any other person to use your account is strictly prohibited.

All financial transactions on 99 bt are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved payment methods. Funds are typically credited to your account within a few minutes of depositing, though network delays may occasionally cause this to take longer. Before submitting a withdrawal request, please ensure your account is fully verified and all bonus wagering requirements have been met. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are subject to the rates specified in the platform's Payments section and are subject to change.

Withdrawals may only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit; withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. 99 bt reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals and request additional documentation in cases of suspicious financial activity. The platform reserves the right to recover any funds that were credited to an account in error due to a technical fault. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and are never shared with third parties.

99 bt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account for any reason or no reason at all, though this will generally not be done without fair and documented justification. If an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, fraud, harassment, or other harmful conduct, there is no obligation to refund any remaining balance. Users who wish to close their own account must contact the support team with a written request, and the account will be closed once all pending withdrawals have been processed. Inactive accounts may be subject to a maintenance fee after a specified period, as determined by the policy outlined in the Payments section. Where changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users via email or platform notifications.
